Om Center for Spiritual Living!
At Om, we recognize that each of us is on our own unique spiritual journey and that people come to a Spiritual Center for a variety of reasons. Some come from a place of deep personal longing, changes, or a life crisis. Some seek encouragement, support, and community. Some long for a place with which they can refresh themselves in an open heartfelt space. Others seek a place for new and meaningful spiritual connections and traditions.
Om Center for Spiritual Living, in La Mesa, is a place where individuals are encouraged and supported in developing a meaningful, individual spiritual path while sharing their journey with others doing the same thing. Our Purpose is to inspire and empower individuals on their Spiritual Path to create a great life.
Along with our Sunday program, we offer Spiritual Classes, Meditation programs, Music Ministry, and programs to support your growth.
Om CSL is an inclusive community, we LOVE you the minute you arrive, no matter where you are on your personal spiritual path.

What to expect on your first visit...
What should I wear?
Please dress as you wish, be comfortable. You are invited to just be yourself.
What time does the service start?
Come early if you wish, or just come for the 10 am Service. We usually start with an opening song then a meditation, prayer, guest musician, then the Sunday talk.
Where do I park?
Our Center is in a small mall, there are regular and handicapped spaces available. If you are able, we ask that you park in the Social Security lot next to us. They are closed on Sundays and parking is easy. When you enter our Center, friendly volunteers will greet you and give you a Welcome Gift. You are invited to fill out a card and give us your email and other information so we can stay in touch.
When You Arrive.
When you arrive you will enter our Sanctuary where we hold our Sunday Service and events, to the left is our Welcome table, Practitioner Prayer room, and Classroom/Community Room, and beyond the sanctuary are our kitchenette, bathrooms, and Classroom/Offices. Every Sunday we offer light snacks and fellowship. Please stay and let us get to know you.
How is our Service different?
You won’t be “preached” here. Everything from the inspirational talk to the live music is geared to help you realize you are perfect, whole, and complete just the way you are! Inspiration flows and you will feel the love of our community. Know that you are welcome here and will leave with a feeling of calmness and peace. If you need someone to talk to, we are available. Our Prayer Practitioners will meet with you after Service if you desire.

Offering and Prayer Cards
At the end of the Service, there is an offering, which supports our Center and helps us reach out to the community. Additionally, we supply you with a prayer card inside an envelope, feel free to fill this out and our ministers and practitioners will pray over your request. Additionally, we offer an Information Card for you to fill out if you want to receive more information and or put on our eNewletter list. Know that you are not obligated to give. Service is about an hour and 10 minutes. Afterward, please stay for snacks and you will have a chance to meet the Minister. Ask any questions you may have about our classes, events, and community outreach. Remember that you are welcome here just as you are, looking forward to meeting you!
Over the last 2 + years with the challenge and opportunity presented by COVID-19, with your donations we were able to help supply First Responders, No. California Firefighters and nurses with PPE personal supplies. Additionally, throughout the year your donations help Urban Street Angels, local homeless, and more groups that keep our community strong, Several Animal Rescues, Science of Mind Foundation, New Thought Media Network, and ANTN. Lastly, your donations help us keep our Streaming Services, CSL classes, and Celebration facility going all year.
